Aims: Choi Kwang-Do is an International Martial Art, with headquarters in Atlanta, USA.
It is mainly a self defence system which relies on following through on all techniques, which gives more speed and power. It is also good for the joints because there is no hyper-extension on any techniques

Sandy Colts Football Club

Aims Established in 1973 to provide an opportunity for the youth of Sandy and the surrounding area to play football.
Currently the Club runs 11 teams at U9 (two), U10/ U12 &  U14/U16 for boys and U12, U14 and 15 + for girls.

 

Meets Home ground is Sunderland Road Recreation Ground and Club colours are red/white striped shirts, red shorts and socks. Training is on Thursday and Friday evenings depending on the age group.


More Information The Club was awarded FA Charter Standard status two years ago, amongst the first clubs in the County to achieve this which means all coaches are FA Level 1 qualified, and have been CRB checked.
